Is it for you?

Built for teams who want to own the channel.

Coaching builds the capability inside your team. If you'd rather hand LinkedIn to someone else, our managed service is the better fit, and we'll tell you which on the call.

Good fit
  • You have a marketer, or a founder, who will run LinkedIn day to day
  • You sell B2B with a sales-led motion: demos, trials, pipeline
  • You've tried LinkedIn and aren't sure what's working, or you're about to start
  • You want a plan and a testing system your team keeps after we leave
Not a fit
  • Nobody on the team has time to build and launch campaigns
  • You want someone else to run the account end to end
  • You're looking for a course to watch alone

How we work together

Not a course. We're in it with you, every day.

You do the work, so the skill stays with you. We make sure you're never stuck waiting a week to make a decision.

Every week

Strategy calls

One call a week to set direction, review progress and unblock you, plus a couple of ad-hoc calls up front to get moving fast.

Every day

Slack access

Questions, decisions and gut-checks answered the same day. Bring us a draft ad, a weird number or a targeting question.

Ongoing

Loom feedback

Send us your campaigns, copy and creative. We send back recorded feedback that's specific, visual and built to make the next version sharper.

Yours to keep

Knowledge hub

Our Notion hub: a complete LinkedIn Ads course, step-by-step setup guides, campaign playbooks and best practice. You keep it long after we finish.

WHAT WE TEACH YOU TO READ

Most teams judge LinkedIn on the wrong numbers.

LinkedIn's headline clicks count every click type, including likes, comments and profile visits. Read those as traffic and you'll scale the wrong ads. We teach your team the same rules we use on every account we run:

Click-throughLP CTRLanding page clicks ÷ impressions. Total CTR is context, not traffic.
Cost per clickLP CPCSpend ÷ landing page clicks. The true cost of a visit.
LeadsSubmissions onlyLead form opens aren't leads. Only submissions count toward CPL.
Conversation AdsOpensJudged on opens and open rate, not clicks.

And you'll know what “good” looks like for your buyers: we benchmark your account against advertisers targeting the same audience, from $79M of real LinkedIn spend across 1,000+ advertisers.

The six weeks

Strategy, execution, then the judgment to keep going.

Three phases that take you from a blank page to a channel you can run on your own.

01Phase 1 · Strategy

Understand and lock the plan

  • Get deep on your business, ICP and offer
  • Benchmark where you are against your market
  • Build the LinkedIn Ads strategy together
  • Go back and forth until it's locked down
OutputYour 60-day go-to-market plan
02Phase 2 · Execution

Start running it

  • Decide which ad formats to test
  • Define how you'll test them, and what good looks like
  • Build the content angles to test across formats
  • You launch, with us guiding every step
OutputLive campaigns, testing across formats
03Phase 3 · Iteration

Read the data, know what to do next

  • Make sense of what the numbers are actually saying
  • Double down on what works, cut what doesn't
  • Choose the next test from evidence, not guesswork
  • Build the habit of improving week over week
OutputA system you can run, week over week
What we cover

The full funnel, from awareness to demo requests.

Whatever your plan needs. These are the areas most teams work through with us.

01Strategy & ICP targeting

Who to reach, how big the audience should be, and how budget splits across the funnel.

02Thought Leader Ads

Running ads from your people's profiles, and judging them on LP CTR.

03Conversation Ads

Message ads that get opened, measured on opens and open rate.

04Ad formats

Which formats to test first for your offer, and how to compare them fairly.

05Content strategy & creative briefs

Angles worth testing, and briefs your designer or agency can work from.

06Lead gen & demo requests

Lead forms, landing pages and assets, and the testing that turns spend into pipeline.

Who coaches you

The people who run our clients' accounts.

You learn from the team doing this every day across 200+ B2B ad accounts. Three of us came from LinkedIn.

What clients say about working with the team

They take the time to really understand our business, audience, and our product. It's clear they care about our success as much as we do. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn and isn't included.

One price. The capability stays with your team.

Most teams pay for outcomes they can't repeat. Coaching builds the skill in-house in six weeks: a plan you own, a system you can run, and the judgment to keep improving it.

The goal isn't the plan. It's LinkedIn becoming a primary channel that brings in demos and trials at a cost that makes sense, month after month.

Questions

Before you book.

Who is LinkedIn Ads coaching for?

In-house B2B marketing teams, and founders, who want to run LinkedIn Ads themselves. Someone on your side builds and launches the campaigns, and we guide every step: strategy, formats, testing and reading the data.

How is coaching different from hiring Kiin to run our ads?

With coaching, your team does the work and keeps the skill. With our managed LinkedIn Ads service (from $2,500 a month), we run the account for you. If nobody on your team has time to run campaigns, managed is the better fit.

Do we need to be running LinkedIn Ads already?

No. If you're already running, we start by benchmarking your account against advertisers targeting the same audience. If you're starting from scratch, we build the strategy from your ICP and offer in phase one.

How much does it cost?

$3,500 (about £2,650) for the full six weeks. That covers weekly calls, daily Slack access, Loom feedback and the knowledge hub. LinkedIn ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn.

What do we have at the end of six weeks?

A 60-day go-to-market plan, live campaigns testing across formats, a weekly system for reading the data and choosing the next test, and permanent access to the Kiin knowledge hub.

Who will we work with?

The Kiin team who run LinkedIn Ads for our clients every day, including three specialists who came from LinkedIn.
