• Contact information: First name, last name, and work email address, submitted through our lead capture forms.
• UTM and referral data: Campaign source, medium, campaign name, content, and term parameters from the URL when you submit a form. This helps us understand which marketing channels are performing.
• Booking data: When you schedule a call through Calendly, we receive the name, email, and any information you provide in the booking form.
• Website usage data: The LinkedIn Insight Tag collects anonymised data about page visits, device type, and referral URLs for advertising measurement purposes. This does not identify you by name unless you have separately submitted your details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Delivering resources: When you request a playbook, template, or other lead magnet, we use your email to send the resource and relevant follow-up content.
• Email marketing: Your contact details are synced to Beehiiv, our email marketing platform, so we can send you newsletters, insights, and updates about LinkedIn Ads and B2B marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Advertising measurement: We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance, build retargeting audiences, and understand how visitors engage with our site after seeing a LinkedIn ad.
• Sales conversations: If you book a call via Calendly, we use the information you provide to prepare for and conduct that conversation.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

• Consent: When you submit a form on our website, you consent to receiving the requested resource and related email communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

• Supabase: Our primary database for storing lead and form submission data. Supabase hosts data on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Beehiiv: Our email marketing platform, used to send newsletters and automated email sequences. Beehiiv processes data in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• LinkedIn (Insight Tag): Collects anonymised website visitor data for ad measurement and retargeting. LinkedIn processes data under its own privacy policy and the LinkedIn Ads agreement.
• Calendly: Used for scheduling calls. Calendly processes the data you enter when booking an appointment.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Some of our third-party processors are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
