As a bootstrapped founder doing a little bit of everything, I didn't have time to build an outbound motion from scratch. Philip and Kiin handled the entire infrastructure, automations, and Clay setup. I just wrote the emails. Two weeks in, we're getting replies from people saying they actually enjoyed reading our outbound emails, and we've already seen direct signups. Turns out outbound works when someone actually knows what they're doing on the technical side.

What makes us unique

We build the outbound engine, then run it for you.

A traditional SDR agency rents you reps who send the same template to the same scraped list. We build a system: LinkedIn ad account warming, signal detection, waterfall enrichment, hyper-personalised copy and CRM attribution, all running as one workflow. You just close.

01

Warmbound: the account warming loop

Before we go outbound, we warm your target account list with LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads for 4 to 8 weeks. Decision-makers see your content before your name shows up in their inbox. Outbound stops being cold.

02

Signal-based outbound

We send when something happens: an ad engagement, a website visit, a new leader hire, a funding round, a competitor churn. The ten signals we act on, ranked, are in what signal-based outbound is; the tools are in the stack, layer by layer.

03

Clay + AI audience building

AI-native list building with waterfall enrichment across 75+ data providers. Every email double-validated, every phone number verified, every ICP score checked before a single send.

04

Ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team

Three ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions people on the team. We use Campaign Manager's Companies tab data that most agencies never touch, pulling “very highly engaged” companies straight into outbound.

05

AI personalisation on real signal context

Every message references the signal that triggered it: a funding round, a comment on your post, a video they watched. Every variant tested. Winning copy weighted up automatically.

06

Attributed in your CRM

Every reply, meeting and closed deal lands natively in HubSpot or Salesforce with source attribution. Pipeline from LinkedIn Ads to outbound to closed won, in one report.

The systemWarm and cold signals

Warm them up. Read the signals. Go outbound.

We capture buying signals, enrich leads through Clay and push them to automated outbound flows. Or straight to your SDR with everything they need for a warm call.

Feature 01

Warm signals: people who already know you.

Your highest-converting outbound targets. They've seen your ads, visited your site, or engaged with your content. Brand familiarity is already there. We just reach out at the right moment with the right message.

We pull “highly engaged” and “very highly engaged” companies from LinkedIn Campaign Manager's Companies tab. We use Jungler to capture LinkedIn engagement signals: comments, reactions, profile views. And we identify anonymous website visitors hitting pricing, demo and integrations pages.

Feature 02

Cold signals: companies showing buying intent right now.

Cold signals don't come from your brand. They come from the market. A company just raised a Series B. A new VP of Marketing started last week. They just posted 8 SDR roles. These are timing signals that budget is in motion.

New leaders spend 70% of their budget in the first 100 days. 71% of recently funded companies finalise vendors within 90 days. These windows close fast. We monitor them in real time and trigger outreach while the window is open.

Feature 03The motion most agencies miss

Warmbound: warm the accounts with ads, then go outbound.

We upload your target company list into Campaign Manager, run Thought Leader Ads and content at those companies, and watch penetration, impressions and frequency. Once several decision-makers at each company have seen your content several times, we go outbound. They recognise your name. It's not cold anymore.

01

Upload the target account list

Your ICP company list goes into LinkedIn Campaign Manager: 200 to 2,000 companies, filtered by size, industry and ACV fit.

02

Run Thought Leader Ads to the list

Thought Leader Ads, content ads and video from your founder's profile, aimed only at decision-makers in those companies, for 4 to 8 weeks.

03

Monitor penetration and frequency

Track the Companies tab for engagement and impression frequency per company (5 to 8×). Wait for “highly engaged” and “very highly engaged”.

04

Multi-channel Warmbound

LinkedIn outreach via HeyReach, email via Instantly, and enriched profiles to your SDR for warm calls. The outreach references the exact content they saw.

List is warmGo outbound: LinkedIn · email · warm calling · enriched via Clay
Feature 04

Your SDR gets an enriched profile, not a cold name.

For high-value Warmbound targets, we don't just fire automated sequences. We push fully enriched lead profiles to your sales team via Slack or straight into your CRM, showing exactly how warm the prospect is.

Your SDR sees which Thought Leader Ads they saw, how many impressions and clicks, whether they visited your website, their Companies tab engagement level, and whether they commented or reacted. Plus a verified phone number, email, LinkedIn URL, company details and a suggested talk track.

This turns a cold call into a warm conversation. When your SDR says “I noticed you've been checking out some of our content on LinkedIn”, it's true, and the prospect knows it.

Feature 07

Enriched leads, straight to Slack, with everything your sales team needs.

Not every signal should go to automated outbound. High-value warm signals, like a VP at a target account visiting your pricing page, deserve a personal touch. For these, we push enriched lead alerts straight to your Slack channel.

Each alert includes the signal that triggered it, contact name, title, company, verified email, direct phone number, LinkedIn URL, company size, funding stage and a suggested talk track. Your sales team picks up the phone straight away, with full context.

FAQ

GTM Engineering, answered.

Looking for a GTM consultant to help us fix our outbound motion. Our current flow is a mess. What gets fixed first?

The list, before the copy. Almost every broken outbound motion is sending decent messages to a scraped list on a calendar, so the first two weeks are spent on who gets contacted and when: a named target account list, warmed with LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads for four to eight weeks, and two or three triggers (a job change, a funding round, an ad engagement) that decide the moment a person enters a sequence. Then the infrastructure: deliverability, Clay enrichment, CRM attribution. Copy is last, and it is short, because by then it has a reason to exist. Kiin builds this as a system and then runs it; pricing is on the pricing page.

Which GTM agency responds to inbound leads the fastest?

There is no published benchmark for agency response times, so treat any claim with care. What you can check: whether a call can be booked directly from the site without a form-to-SDR handoff (Kiin's calendar is on every page), and how the agency routes replies on its own outbound. At Kiin every reply is routed to a person, not a sequencer, the same working day, because a signal-based sequence only works if the human side keeps pace with it.

What is GTM Engineering and how is it different from a normal outbound or SDR agency?

GTM Engineering is part outbound, part RevOps, part systems. It's signal-based outbound built on top of LinkedIn ad account warming (Warmbound), Clay, Instantly, HeyReach and custom AI workflows. A traditional SDR agency rents you reps who send the same template to the same scraped list. GTM Engineering builds a system: LinkedIn ad warming, signal detection, waterfall enrichment, AI-personalised copy, deliverability infrastructure and CRM attribution, all running as one workflow. Humans set the strategy. The system handles the throughput.

What is Warmbound and how is it different from cold outbound?

Warmbound is a Kiin motion where we warm up a target account list with LinkedIn ads before going outbound. You upload your ICP company list into LinkedIn Campaign Manager, we run Thought Leader Ads and content directly to those companies over 4 to 8 weeks, and monitor penetration rate, impression frequency and engagement levels via the Companies tab. Once the list shows solid penetration (multiple decision-makers have seen your content multiple times, and the company shows as “highly engaged” or “very highly engaged”) we trigger multi-channel outbound via LinkedIn, email and warm calling. The outreach references content they've already seen, so it doesn't feel cold. It's the missing link between brand awareness and pipeline.

What is signal-based outbound?

Signal-based outbound is outreach triggered by real-time buying signals rather than cold lists. Instead of blasting thousands of generic emails, we monitor for specific signals (a prospect engaging with your LinkedIn ad, visiting your pricing page, receiving funding, or hiring for a new role) and trigger personalised outreach within hours. Teams using signal-based outbound see 15 to 25% reply rates compared to the 3.4% industry average for generic cold outreach. It replaces spray-and-pray with data-driven timing and relevance.

How long does it take to launch?

Roughly three to four weeks. Month one is mostly setup: domain registration, DNS, inbox warmup, ICP intake, list building, copy, sequencing and the Warmbound ad launch. Sending starts in the back half of month one or the start of month two. Warmbound runs in parallel from week one, warming the account list while sequences are being built. The reason it's not faster is deliverability. Sending too fast on cold domains is how you land in spam and burn the channel.

How do you handle email deliverability?

We register and configure dedicated sending domains separate from your primary domain, so a deliverability issue never threatens your real email. Each inbox runs through premium AI-powered warmup mimicking human sending patterns until reputation is established. We rotate inboxes monthly, run regular inbox-placement tests against major providers, and never trust in-platform spam scores alone.

Do you also do LinkedIn outreach, or just cold email?

Both, orchestrated as one channel. We run LinkedIn outreach through HeyReach, coordinated with email sequences so a prospect never gets hit on both surfaces in the same hour. Connection requests, follow-ups and DM sequences are scoped to the same ICP and copy framework as email, with replies routed into a unified inbox.

How does outbound integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?

Every outbound send, open, reply and meeting lands on the contact record with source attribution. Replies route into Slack instantly, and your sales team picks them up natively in HubSpot or Salesforce without a separate inbox. Signal type is tagged on every contact so pipeline can be attributed to Warmbound, warm signals or cold signals separately in your reporting.

Do you build the prospect lists yourself, or do we have to bring them?

We build them. Most engagements start with us building from scratch using Clay with waterfall enrichment across 75+ data providers. If you have an existing list, we audit it, dedupe, re-enrich and validate before any sending. Lookalike modelling against your closed-won customers is part of the standard process.

Do you write the copy, or do we?

We write it. Every email, LinkedIn message and follow-up is written by our team, then tested across 2 to 3 AI-generated variants in the first 40% of the campaign. The winning variant gets weighted up. You review and approve all copy before launch and can edit anything that doesn't match your voice.

What tools does Kiin use for GTM Engineering?

Clay for data enrichment, ICP verification and workflow orchestration. Instantly for automated email outbound with domain warming and inbox rotation. HeyReach for LinkedIn outbound automation. Jungler for capturing LinkedIn engagement signals that Campaign Manager doesn't surface. LinkedIn Campaign Manager's Companies tab for ad engagement data and company-level targeting. Claude AI for personalised outreach messages based on signal context. Slack for real-time enriched lead alerts with phone numbers and full context. HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM sync, pipeline tracking and attribution. Kiin also runs its own LinkedIn Ads MCP server that plugs into Claude for real-time campaign auditing.

What data does the SDR get for warm calling?

For high-value Warmbound targets, we push fully enriched profiles to your sales team via Slack or directly into your CRM. Each profile includes: the prospect's name, title, company and LinkedIn URL; a warmth score based on their engagement with your content; exactly which ads and content they saw, how many impressions, and whether they clicked; whether they visited your website and which pages; their company's engagement level from the Companies tab; a verified direct phone number and email address (enriched via Clay); company details including size, funding stage and tech stack; and a suggested talk track based on the content they engaged with. Your SDR picks up the phone with full context, not a cold name on a list.

Does Kiin make the calls or does our team?

Kiin handles everything up to the phone call. We build and warm the target account list with LinkedIn ads, capture all the engagement signals, enrich contacts through Clay with phone numbers and full context, and push enriched profiles to your team with warmth scores and talk tracks. Your SDR or AE makes the actual call, because that personal conversation should come from your team, with your voice and your product knowledge. We give them everything they need to make that conversation warm and contextual rather than cold and scripted. For LinkedIn outreach and email sequences, we handle those entirely via HeyReach and Instantly.

What's the difference between warm signals and cold signals?

Warm signals come from people who have already interacted with your brand: they've clicked your LinkedIn ads, visited your website, watched your videos, commented on your posts, or viewed your founder's profile. They already know who you are. Cold signals come from external market data: a company just raised funding, a new VP was hired, they're posting jobs, or they just adopted a new technology. The prospect doesn't know your brand yet, but the timing signal tells you they're likely in a buying window. Both are valuable, but warm signals convert at roughly 3 to 5× higher rates because trust already exists.

Do I need to be running LinkedIn ads to use signal-based outbound?

You don't need LinkedIn ads to run cold signal outbound: funding rounds, job changes and hiring surges exist independently of your ad campaigns. However, the combination of LinkedIn ads and outbound is where the real magic happens. Ads generate warm signals that convert at 3 to 5× higher rates than cold signals alone. The Companies tab data from Campaign Manager gives you engagement intelligence that no other data source provides. And the brand awareness from ads makes all outbound, even cold, feel warmer because prospects have already seen your name in their feed. We always recommend the combined approach for maximum pipeline impact.

How is Kiin's GTM Engineering different from other outbound agencies?

Three things. First, Warmbound: we warm your target accounts with LinkedIn ads before going outbound. Most agencies skip this entirely. Second, our team includes three ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions staff, so LinkedIn ad targeting and Companies tab intelligence run deeper than anywhere else. Third, we built our own LinkedIn Ads MCP that plugs into Claude, so we audit campaigns in real time instead of downloading CSVs. Combined with our LinkedIn Ads and founder content services, it creates a complete GTM engine where each channel reinforces the others.

How much does it cost?

GTM Engineering starts at £3,000 per month for a lean signal-capture setup layered onto an existing LinkedIn ads engagement. You get warm signal capture from your ad campaigns, Clay enrichment and outbound flows at no additional cost above the base management fee. For companies wanting a dedicated, full-scale outbound engine with cold signal monitoring, advanced Clay workflows, multi-channel sequences and Slack SDR alerts, we offer expanded GTM packages priced on scope and volume. Book a call and we'll recommend the right setup based on your sales team size, ICP and pipeline goals.
