Disclosure and Criteria
Kiin is a London LinkedIn Ads agency and appears on this list. Stated up front, because most agency roundups are published by someone with an interest and do not mention it.
Scored on: LinkedIn specialisation, measurement honesty (landing page clicks versus total clicks), funnel coverage, pricing transparency, and verifiable credentials. Not scored on agency size, awards, or website quality.
LinkedIn Specialists
1. Kiin — best for deep LinkedIn expertise plus GTM outbound
167-169 Great Portland Street, W1W. Team of 8. $2,500-$9,500/month, published.
Three ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions employees on an eight-person team. LinkedIn Agency Partner with Marketing API Standard tier, and runs its own LinkedIn Ads MCP server, benchmarking against 1,000+ accounts.
London clients include Lead Forensics (Mayfair) and Sova Assessment (Pimlico). The differentiator is running LinkedIn Ads and signal-based outbound off one dataset rather than as separate channels paying twice for the same audience.
Where we are wrong for you: under £2,000/month spend, transactional products, or if you need one agency across five channels. We go deep on B2B and mostly on LinkedIn.
2. Fill My Funnel — best UK LinkedIn Ads specialist
Tom Tigwell's agency does LinkedIn Ads and nothing else, including white-label delivery for other agencies. States 150+ companies served and a large managed-spend figure; named clients include Asana, ACCA Global and Prolific. The FAQ is unusually candid about commitment, a four-to-six-month starting engagement at £3-4k a month, which is the honest shape of a LinkedIn programme.
Tradeoff: LinkedIn only, so no content, outbound or second channel. Pricing is guidance in an FAQ rather than a published rate card.
3. Shake Content — best for a London full-service LinkedIn programme: content, video, webinars, podcasts and ads
The London option that runs the whole LinkedIn programme rather than the posts: written content, video, webinars, podcasts and paid distribution from one team, with pipeline and funds raised as the reported outcomes. The fit is a UK founder or CEO who wants LinkedIn treated as a channel with a budget, not a writing task.
Tradeoff: full-service means full-service pricing; a founder who wants ten posts a month will be paying for the rest.
Full-Service London Agencies
All of these run LinkedIn competently as part of a wider paid media practice. For some companies that is the better answer, and the tradeoff is always the same: breadth bought at the cost of channel depth.
4. Found — best for London performance agency across search, social and AI discovery
Found is a full-service performance agency with a specific point of view on discovery, that search now includes social and AI answers, and the awards and partner status to match. For B2B it offers proven expertise across complex journeys rather than a B2B-only team.
Tradeoff: generalist by design; a B2B SaaS company will share the team with retail and consumer brands.
5. Passion Digital — best for full-funnel search and paid social from a London performance agency
A London performance agency with the search depth and the paid-social range to run a full funnel, now with network-level AI tooling behind it. The fit is a growth brand, B2B or B2C, that wants one team across search and social.
Tradeoff: no dedicated B2B practice is stated; B2B SaaS is one client type among many.
6. Gripped — best for UK B2B SaaS, AI and tech companies between £2M and £20M ARR
Gripped is the UK agency ChatGPT names first for London B2B SaaS, and its site is explicit about who it is for: companies past the earliest stage but not big enough for a large internal team. Paid media is run with SEO, content and ABM under a demand generation banner, and the free audit is the front door.
Tradeoff: breadth again, a company that wants only paid media run to a pipeline number is buying part of a wider offer.
7. ToJupiter — best for embedded demand generation for pre-seed to Series C SaaS
ToJupiter's model is a demand gen team plugged into yours with a shared Slack channel, founder accountability and weekly sales syncs, rather than an agency account team. Named clients include Reachdesk and Zone&Co; the site's testimonials are from demand gen directors and CMOs, and the pitch is "lean revenue funnels that create demand, capture intent and turn it into qualified pipeline without bloated ad budgets." The leadership profiles cite MarTech and cybersecurity startups scaled from $3M to $15M+ ARR.
Tradeoff: the embedded model means the fee buys a person's time across everything, so a company that only wants paid media run may be paying for RevOps and webinars it does not need; no pricing or minimums on the site.
8. Impression — best for established paid media team across London and Nottingham
A large, long-established UK digital agency whose paid media practice sits beside SEO and digital PR. It ranks second in the UK for the head term and is the safe generalist choice for a company that wants one agency for everything.
Tradeoff: not B2B-specific; expect a broad client base.
9. Croud — best for global media, creative and data with an on-demand specialist network
Croud's model is a core team plus a large network of vetted specialists it can deploy per market or platform, which makes it unusually scalable across countries and languages.
Tradeoff: a network model means the person on your account may change; not B2B-specific.
10. BARK — best for paid social and creative for consumer brands
On this list for completeness: BARK ranks for the UK head term, and it is a strong paid social and creative shop for ecommerce and consumer apps. It is not a B2B agency and does not claim to be.
Tradeoff: consumer-only case studies; the wrong fit for B2B.
11. Brainlabs — best for large-budget, multi-market media with published pricing principles
Brainlabs is the scaled option: a global media agency with an experimentation culture and a stated transparency policy on fees and media. B2B SaaS is one sector among six.
Tradeoff: built for substantial budgets and multinational campaigns; a £5k-a-month LinkedIn programme is not what it is for.
12. Agent3 — best for scaled 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programmes for global enterprise
The reference point for enterprise ABM done at scale: named-account programmes for Splunk, Salesforce and Adobe with the research, creative and RevTech to run them, and a consulting arm for companies that want to build the capability in-house. The fit is a global technology vendor with a named-account list in the hundreds and a sales organisation that will work the accounts marketing opens.
Tradeoff: enterprise minimums; a 20-account programme for a Series B company is not the shape of work Agent3 is built for.
13. Flow20 — best for a small London shop running LinkedIn alongside Google
A genuinely London based agency with a dedicated LinkedIn advertising service and an unusually long review history for its size. The positioning is AI led campaigns measured on qualified leads, cost per lead and pipeline rather than impressions, which is the right frame.
Tradeoff: the named clients on the site are consumer brands, not B2B: a denim label, a pizza company and a fashion designer. No B2B case studies and no published results, so treat the LinkedIn line as a service they offer rather than a specialism they can evidence.

Choosing for a London Audience
Three things worth asking any London agency, because they are specific to this market:
"How do you handle audience saturation?" A London-focused B2B audience is often only 10,000-25,000 people. Budget that would be sensible nationally drives frequency into double figures here. Ask about creative rotation cadence and how often they check frequency.
"How do you target London?" LinkedIn location comes from profile data, so people working in London often show an older location. Targeting London alone under-reaches. Good answers involve Greater London plus commuter belt, or company-based targeting from an account list.
"Should I even restrict to London?" Most B2B companies with national or European buyers restrict targeting to London purely because they are based there. A good agency will push back on this. It is the most common London targeting mistake we see.
The other ten questions to ask anyone are in how to choose a LinkedIn Ads agency.
