In March 2026, G2 asked 1,076 B2B software buyers how they research vendors.
Sixty-nine percent chose a different vendor than they’d planned because an AI chatbot pointed them elsewhere. If you sell to a buying committee, you can win the LinkedIn impression and the retargeting click and still lose the shortlist in a ChatGPT tab you never see.
That’s the job of an AI SEO agency, and plenty of agencies now claim to do it. We’re Breaking B2B, a B2B SaaS SEO and AEO agency, so we’re on this list, and we’ve put ourselves first. To keep it useful, every entry shows the AI-search results the agency publishes, its starting price where it lists one, and the kind of SaaS company it fits. By the end, you’ll know which two or three to call, and what to ask them.

Results and prices come from each agency’s own website, checked October 20, 2026. Agencies report their own results, so ask for the baseline and timeframe behind any number on a first call.
How We Chose These AI SEO Agencies
We picked agencies that work with B2B software companies and show their AI-search work in public. Each one had to pass four checks on its own website.
- A defined method. The agency explains what it changes on your site and off it, instead of listing GEO, AEO, and LLM SEO as menu items.
- AI-specific proof. At least one case study reports citations, AI visibility, AI referral traffic, or conversions from AI answers. iPullRank is the one exception, because it publishes the AI Search Manual, a detailed public guide to how AI search retrieves content.
- B2B software clients. You can see named SaaS or B2B tech clients.
- Clear next steps. A published price, or a clear process for getting one.
Agencies that only resell an AI visibility tool didn’t make the cut, and neither did agencies whose AI SEO page shows no client results.
1. Breaking B2B: Best for B2B SaaS That Wants Demos From AI Answers

Breaking B2B is a B2B SaaS SEO and AEO agency that has worked with more than 50 B2B and SaaS companies, including Proposify, RB2B, Vidyard, and ClickHouse. We start every program with the searches and prompts buyers use when they’re comparing vendors, because that’s where a mention in an AI answer turns into a booked demo.
Why Breaking B2B Stands Out
AI models ground their answers in search results and third-party pages, so we build rankings for the queries the models pull from, then earn mentions on the listicles, directories, and review sites they cite.
For Proposify, that program lifted AI search visitors 91% and demos 115%, and Proposify ranks first in Google for “proposal software.” RB2B reached first place in Google and ChatGPT for “Leadfeeder alternatives” and grew non-branded traffic 77% in six months.
The prompts we track come from your sales calls and closed-won deals, not just keyword tools, so they match what your buyers type. Each program opens with a citation audit across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Copilot that shows where competitors get named instead of you, and it reports citations next to demos and pipeline.
The team is senior-led, with no hand-off to junior account managers. Programs run for six or 12 months, and RB2B’s founder, Adam Robinson, named “the length of the commitment” as the downside. We don’t run paid media, so pair us with a partner like Kiin for ads.
Breaking B2B Pricing
Plans start at $6,000 a month on a six- or 12-month term, and include monthly content, link credits, and AI search work. Every program starts with a custom 90-day plan before you commit.
Choose Breaking B2B if you sell to buying committees, your CEO keeps asking why a competitor shows up in ChatGPT, and you want the work measured in demos.
2. Graphite: Best for High-Traffic and Product-Led SaaS

Graphite is a research-driven growth agency led by CEO Ethan Smith and Chief AI Officer Gregory Druck. Clients include Webflow, n8n, and Hinge Health.
Why Graphite Stands Out
Its team runs controlled tests and publishes the results, something few agencies do. In its Webflow case study, Webflow’s share of voice in LLM answers rose from 33% to 64%, and LLM sign-ups doubled from 4% to 8% of all sign-ups. Visitors from LLMs converted at 24%, against 4% for non-brand search. Rewriting headers as questions lifted AI visits 58% over four weeks against a control group.
The work also scales across large sites. Graphite added answer-ready copy to 1,500 Webflow template pages, and LLM sign-ups rose from 168 to 983 in a quarter, with Reddit replies on priority threads running alongside. Its published wins lean toward product-led and consumer brands, so ask for a sales-led B2B example on the first call.
Graphite Pricing
Graphite doesn’t publish pricing, so expect a quote after a scoping call.
Choose Graphite if you run a product-led motion with high traffic and want changes tested before they reach your whole site.
3. iPullRank: Best for Enterprise and Technically Complex Sites

iPullRank is led by Mike King and calls its approach relevance engineering, which means studying how AI models pick passages and then shaping content and sites so they get picked. It has worked with Target, American Express, Nordstrom, and CVS Pharmacy.
Why iPullRank Stands Out
The agency publishes the AI Search Manual, and it’s worth reading before you talk to any agency on this list. Its GEO service measures retrieval-level signals such as fan-out coverage and citation frequency, covers press, forums, review sites, video, and social as well as your own site, and ties citations and AI referrals to leads and revenue from day one.
That depth suits large sites with rendering and indexing problems, and iPullRank can also help you build an in-house GEO program instead of running it for you. Its site doesn’t show GEO-specific case study numbers yet, and a Series A team may be paying for depth it won’t use.
iPullRank Pricing
Pricing isn’t published. The GEO service has three tiers, from an AI visibility baseline for newer brands to cross-platform measurement and digital PR for Fortune 500 companies, and you get a recommended path after a discovery call.
Choose iPullRank if your site is large or technically complex and you need an AI search strategy grounded in how retrieval works.
4. First Page Sage: Best for Established B2B Brands That Want to Be Named First

First Page Sage has run SEO programs for more than 17 years and launched its GEO service in May 2023. Clients include Salesforce, Logitech, Cadence, and U.S. Bancorp.
Why First Page Sage Stands Out
Its GEO method starts with ranked “best of” list articles, which First Page Sage calls the biggest factor in whether AI answers recommend a vendor. The team then works on database listings, review scores, and publicizing awards and usage numbers, acting as content creator, outreach manager, and reputation monitor in one.
The AI writing assistant case study shows what a mature program can achieve. Across 620 tracked buying prompts in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, the share citing the client rose from 23% in mid-2024 to 77% by the end of 2025, and AI-sourced business leads grew from 37 to 1,090 a month. That came on top of three years of SEO work, so treat it as a ceiling to aim for, not a first-year target.
First Page Sage Pricing
First Page Sage doesn’t publish its fees, and it says it doesn’t lock clients into long-term contracts.
Choose First Page Sage if you’re an established B2B brand and want a team focused on getting you onto the lists AI answers draw from.
5. Flying Cat Marketing: Best for SaaS Selling in Several Languages

Flying Cat Marketing is a senior-led SEO and GEO consultancy for B2B SaaS, with native strategists running programs in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Maeva Cifuentes owns strategy on client accounts.
Why Flying Cat Marketing Stands Out
Its D2L case study is one of the clearest in the category. D2L was recommended in 12% of tracked AI answers in December 2025 and 33% by September 2026, measured across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI answers. Demo requests from ChatGPT were 3.2 times higher year over year, based on D2L’s own GA4 data.
Flying Cat got there with best-of roundups by use case, alternatives and head-to-head pages reworked with D2L’s product marketers, monthly refreshes of 10 to 15 pages, and outreach to the third-party lists AI answers already cite. Quarterly reviews tie recommendation share to pipeline. It’s a boutique, so capacity is limited.
Flying Cat Marketing Pricing
Pricing isn’t on the site. You get a proposal after the first call.
Choose Flying Cat Marketing if you sell in Europe or Latin America as well as the US and need AI visibility in each language.
6. LoudFace: Best for Series A–C SaaS That Needs a New Website Too

LoudFace runs AEO, GEO, SEO, conversion work, and Webflow or Next.js development under one retainer for B2B SaaS and fintech teams. Clients include Toku, Hoxhunt, Ceipal, and Eraser.
Why LoudFace Stands Out
That mix helps when AI answers start sending visitors to a site that wasn’t built to convert them. For Toku, LoudFace took AI visibility on the top tracked prompt from zero to 97.8%, and a stealth fintech client went from 0.53% to 10.46% AI visibility in ten weeks. It also publishes its own numbers, with its share of non-branded AI answers rising from 0.13% to 21.5%.
Search, design, development, and CRO come with one monthly report, and you get a written scope within 48 hours of the first call. If your site is already in good shape, you may not need the build half of the retainer.
LoudFace Pricing
Retainers start at $5,000 a month, scoped on the intro call. Fixed-scope projects inside a retainer carry a three-month minimum.
Choose LoudFace if your AI visibility work will expose a website that needs a rebuild or a conversion overhaul.
7. Digital Elevator: Best for Mid-Market B2B Teams That Want a Baseline First

Digital Elevator has spent 15 years in SEO and works with healthcare, life sciences, medtech, B2B SaaS, and edtech teams. Clients include McKesson and Kelly Services.
Why Digital Elevator Stands Out
Qualified teams can start with a free AI Visibility Report, which grades your brand on structure, authority, and presence in AI answers, and a senior strategist walks you through it live. That gives you a baseline before you commit a budget, which helps when finance wants to see the gap first.
The paid program covers technical setup, content AI engines can lift, and off-site mentions, including Reddit and editorial placements. For Halo Labs, a biotech company, LLM-referred sessions rose 1,182%. Its published AI results come from healthcare and other categories rather than sales-led SaaS, so ask for a software example.
Digital Elevator Pricing
Digital Elevator’s AI Visibility program starts at $3,000, managed AEO and SEO at $3,500 a month, and AI visibility mentions at $3,495. Scope and price are set in a written proposal before work starts.
Choose Digital Elevator if you sell into healthcare or life sciences, or you want a free baseline before you pick an agency.
8. TheProjectSEO: Best for Revenue-Level Reporting on a Smaller Budget

TheProjectSEO is led by founder Aditya Aman, who has a decade of hands-on SEO experience. Clients include Goodnotes, Adapt.io, Helpling APAC, and GoTeamUp.
Why TheProjectSEO Stands Out
Its measurement model keeps an AI search program honest. Reporting runs in five layers, from eligibility (whether AI crawlers can reach and render a page) through visibility, engagement, and qualified demand to pipeline and revenue, and AI answers get checked against a fixed prompt panel with dated observations.
The team tests on its own sites too. Expressway.PH, one of its owned projects, appears in about 3,400 AI Overview responses and 2,400 ChatGPT responses tracked by Ahrefs. Those are owned-site numbers rather than client results, so ask for a B2B SaaS client example.
TheProjectSEO Pricing
TheProjectSEO’s Initial plan starts at $3,500 a month and Growth at $5,500, with Enterprise priced on request.
Choose TheProjectSEO if you want AI visibility reported all the way through to pipeline without an enterprise budget.
9. Omniscient Digital: Best for Full-Service SEO, AEO, PR, and Links

Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency for B2B software, with clients like Jasper, 360Learning, Smartling, and Eppo by Datadog.
Why Omniscient Digital Stands Out
Content, link building, digital PR, programmatic SEO, and analytics all sit under one roof, so on-site pages and off-site mentions grow together without you coordinating a content agency and a PR firm. On AI search, its published results are specific. Convert’s LLM visibility grew 81%, and its AI citations rose 140% in 60 days, and OnBoard’s AI visibility rose 88%.
Omniscient Digital Pricing
Full-service engagements start at $120,000 a year, the highest published entry price on this list.
Choose Omniscient Digital if you want content, links, and PR to grow together and have the budget for a full-service team.
10. Discovered Labs: Best for Research-Led SEO and AEO Retainers

Discovered Labs runs SEO and AEO as one service, with Reddit marketing and link building included. Co-founder Ben Moore came to search from AI research at Stanford, and clients include incident.io, Gladia, Granola, and Instantly.
Why Discovered Labs Stands Out
Its case studies report Granola’s AI citation rate up 558%, and Gladia’s sales-accepted leads up 7x in four months. The team also publishes research, including an analysis of 144,284 AI citations to see how often Reddit shows up, and that research shapes its content framework. Every tier includes Reddit mentions, with ten a month on the entry plan.
Discovered Labs Pricing
Retainers start at €6,995 a month on a six-month commitment, or € 7,995 per month month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. A €4,370 diagnostic delivers a 90-day plan and is credited against month one if you sign within 14 days.
Choose Discovered Labs if you want a research-backed AEO program and prefer month-to-month terms.
How Much Do AI SEO Agencies Cost for B2B SaaS?
Most AI SEO agencies for B2B SaaS cost between $3,500 and $10,000 a month.
TheProjectSEO and Digital Elevator’s managed AEO and SEO start at $3,500, LoudFace at $5,000, Breaking B2B at $6,000, Discovered Labs at €6,995, and Omniscient Digital at $120,000 a year. Enterprise agencies quote on a call.
The price depends on how much work the agency does for you. Tracking prompts and sending recommendations costs less than rewriting pages, building new ones, and earning mentions on other sites. When you compare quotes, ask each agency to list the tasks your team would still own, such as publishing pages, getting developer time for schema, or approving outreach.
If you already run paid media, price the program the way you price ads. A $6,000-a-month retainer that adds five qualified demos a month costs $1,200 a demo. Compare that with your LinkedIn cost per demo, and give the AI program six months before you judge it.
How Does AI SEO Fit With Your Paid Demand Gen?
AI SEO sits on the demand capture side. Your LinkedIn and Google ads build awareness across the buying committee. When someone on that committee asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a shortlist, AI SEO decides whether your name appears. Without it, the buyers your ads warmed up can end up shortlisting a competitor.
Kiin’s breakdown of demand gen vs demand capture sets out the split for paid budgets, and AI answers belong on the capture side, next to branded and high-intent search. In practice, it shows up in three places.
- Your ad audience asks the same questions in ChatGPT. Take the job titles and pain points from your best-performing LinkedIn campaigns and turn them into prompts, such as “best proposal software for a 20-person sales team.” Run them in ChatGPT and Perplexity and note who gets named. That list is your AI SEO brief.
- Self-reported attribution starts saying “ChatGPT.” If your demo form has a “How did you hear about us?” field, AI tools will start to appear there before they show up cleanly in GA4. Proposify tracks this through its own attribution survey.
- AI Overviews take clicks from paid search too. Across 42 client accounts, Seer Interactive found that paid click-through rates on informational queries with an AI Overview fell from 19.7% in June 2024 to 6.34% in September 2025. If you bid on those queries, being named in the AI Overview recovers some of the attention the ad lost. Kiin’s guide to LinkedIn ads vs Google ads for B2B covers how to split the paid side of that budget.
Report both channels in the same unit. If your ads team reports cost per demo, ask your AI SEO agency for demos too.
Questions to Ask an AI SEO Agency Before You Sign
Ask every agency on your shortlist the same five questions, and compare the answers side by side.
- Which prompts will you track, and where do they come from? The list should reflect how your buyers talk on sales calls, not just your keyword list.
- What will you change on our site, and what will you do off it? AI answers lean on review sites, roundups, and Reddit, so a plan that only touches your site is half a plan.
- What should we see in the first 90 days? Agree on early signals, such as new citations on priority prompts or AI referral visits, before you sign.
- How will this show up in pipeline? Ask how they connect citations to demos, and whether they’ll work with your CRM data.
- Who will do the work? Meet the strategist who’ll run your account, not just the person selling it.
Take these questions to two or three agencies that match your stage and sales motion. Shortlist the ones that answer your buyers’ prompts, outline a plan for off-site mentions, and show how they’ll report demos alongside your paid channels.
