Demo asks convert far better in the inbox.
The same demo form in a Conversation Ad costs 57% less per lead than in the feed. It completes 42% of the time, against 3.9%.

Your AI can already read your LinkedIn Ads data. Kiin gives it the specialist knowledge, real advertiser benchmarks and campaign tools to know what to do next, and to do it. The account numbers are an example and every benchmark is from published Kiin Labs research.
“We sell to HR leaders and pay $310 a lead on LinkedIn Ads. Is that good?”
It depends less on the $310 itself and more on what that lead turns into… HR leaders (CHROs, VPs of People, HR Directors) are a heavily targeted, relatively small audience, since every HR tech, benefits, payroll, and recruiting vendor is bidding on them. So $310 is on the high end but not alarming for that audience… treat them as rough context rather than a hard line.
If $310 buys a gated content download (ebook, report), that’s pricey… If $310 buys a demo request or meeting with a qualified HR leader, that’s often quite good.
It depends which lead. A content lead and a demo lead are different products, and they're priced very differently.
Next: tell me which one you're paying for and I'll benchmark it on its own. Then I can split it: content offer on a document ad with seniority opened to manager and above, demo ask in a message ad to your warm audience. Want me to set it up?
“What's the best way to generate demos with LinkedIn Ads?”
The approach that works most reliably is to stop asking cold audiences for demos and instead use LinkedIn to warm up a tightly defined audience, then ask that warmed audience for the demo.
…This is where you make the direct demo offer, and it usually converts at several times the cold rate.
…If you tell me more about your product, deal size, and current budget, I can sketch out a specific campaign structure…
Ask for the demo in the inbox, to people who already know you, at a bid you set.
Want me to build this now, based on what the best performing accounts do? How much should I set it up with each month?
Forecast, not a promiseAt the published $350 median per demo lead, that budget buys about 29 demo leads a month. Accounts in the cheapest quarter pay under $161 per demo lead, which would be 62 or more.
“Go ahead and make those changes.”
I can’t make these changes for you. There’s no connector here that can edit LinkedIn Ads campaigns… You’ll need to make these changes in Campaign Manager.
…Under Bidding, switch from Maximum Delivery to Manual and enter a bid.
Done. Here's everything I changed.
Every change is logged and can be reversed. I'll check the results on Monday and report back.

Three things your AI can't do on its own, added to the assistant or agent you already use.
Campaign structure, bidding, audiences, formats, demand creation, demand capture and conversion, learned from thousands of campaigns, not generic marketing tips.
Benchmark your account against advertisers buying the same audience, see where your results differ and which changes are likely to help.
Your AI uses Kiin's tools to build campaigns, adjust bids, improve targeting and automate reporting. One task at a time, or as part of an agent workflow.
Connect Kiin to Claude, ChatGPT or your preferred AI agent, and give it the expertise and tools to monitor, optimise and manage your LinkedIn Ads automatically. You set the goals, configure the workflows and choose what it can do without asking. Your AI runs the workflow. Kiin provides the intelligence behind every decision.
“Every morning, review campaign performance, identify wasted spend and tell me what needs attention.”
“Review my campaigns, compare them against benchmarks, optimise bids and targeting, and explain what you changed.”
“Send me spend, qualified leads, meetings, opportunities and pipeline generated or influenced by LinkedIn Ads.”
“Continuously monitor performance, find problems, catch creative fatigue and make the optimisations I’ve allowed.”
Let it handle routine optimisations, require approval for bigger changes and review every action it takes.

Stop guessing whether your CPL, costs and conversion rates are good. Compare your account with B2B advertisers buying the same audience, see where you're behind, and get specific fixes. Ask any time, or have your AI check every Monday.
Medians across advertiser accounts, one vote per advertiser. Audience Network excluded. No benchmark shown from fewer than seven accounts. Advertisers buying the same audience don't have identical offers or markets, so treat a benchmark as a guide to where to look, not a target.
HR advertisers who put the form on a document ad pay $123 per lead at the median, and their forms complete 26.7% of the time against 5.1% on single image.
We analysed the performance of more than 1,000 B2B advertisers to understand what works, what doesn't and why results differ. That knowledge powers every plan, benchmark and change your AI makes.
The same demo form in a Conversation Ad costs 57% less per lead than in the feed. It completes 42% of the time, against 3.9%.
On single image campaigns, maximum delivery cost 103% more per website click than a manual bid, in the same account on the same objective.
LinkedIn's CTR column read 2.21% at the median SMB account. Only 0.35% of impressions became a visit to the website.
Tripling the bid on a Conversation Ad buys exactly the same open rate, 80% more per send and 44% more per lead.
Campaigns report 3.45 over 90 days. Across the whole account it's 9.48, because 47% of people are reached by more than one campaign.
After one full pass of the audience, engagement is down 9% and click rate 10%. CPM falls at the same time, so cost per click never warns you.
1,486 campaigns spent $100+ in a year with zero leads: $1.30M. In 85% of them people opened the form and nobody submitted it.
A website visit from a 5,001+ employee company costs $38.90 at the median account. From companies under 200 employees, $12.57.
The top tenth of Thought Leader Ad authors get 8.6 times the engagement of the bottom tenth: 10.55% against 1.22%.
★★★ strongest evidence, 100+ accounts or campaigns · ★★ 25 to 100 · ★ smaller paired samples · Median: the typical advertiser, not a comparison
Every finding is cut by audience, company size, region, objective and format, so your AI uses the ones that match your account, not a platform average.
Cheap leads don't always create good pipeline. Connect your CRM and your AI can see which campaigns produce qualified leads, meetings, opportunities and revenue.
The best LinkedIn Ads campaign isn't always the one with the cheapest leads. It's the one creating business.
| Campaign | Opps | Pipeline |
|---|---|---|
| TLA · CFO pain points | 9 | $214k |
| Retargeting · demo offer | 6 | $131k |
| Document ad · ICP accounts | 2 | $38k |
The Thought Leader Ads have the highest cost per lead but drive the most pipeline. Keep their budget, and move spend from the document ad into retargeting.
