Connect LinkedIn Ads to Perplexity free →

Free on one LinkedIn ad account, with a 14-day Analyst trial. No card needed.

  1. Sign up with LinkedIn at web.kiin.co and connect your LinkedIn Ads account. LinkedIn asks for two permissions: the Ads API, and Community Management (for thought leader ads).
  2. In Perplexity, open Plugins in the sidebar (or Customize → Connectors) → Add custom → Connector → Add MCP connector → Remote, paste https://mcp.kiin.co/mcp, choose OAuth 2.0 and Streamable HTTP, then click the card to sign in.
  3. Ask a question you already know the answer to, such as “What did we spend on LinkedIn last month?”, and check it against Campaign Manager.

Quick Answer
To connect LinkedIn Ads to Perplexity, sign up for Kiin with LinkedIn, then in Perplexity open Plugins (or Customize → Connectors) → Add custom → Connector → Add MCP connector → Remote, enter https://mcp.kiin.co/mcp, choose OAuth 2.0 and Streamable HTTP, and click the card to sign in. Perplexity then answers from your live LinkedIn Ads data.

Why Kiin Intelligence

  • Benchmarks on every number. Results are compared against the Kiin Labs panel of 1,000+ LinkedIn advertiser accounts and $65M+ of LinkedIn spend, so your assistant can say whether a number is good, not just what it is. It never shows a cohort smaller than 10 advertisers.
  • Playbooks built from that research. The Kiin Brain carries hard rules and audit checks (Audience Network and Audience Expansion off, ad fatigue, demographic waste, bid recommendations) drawn from Kiin Labs studies. Examples: maximum delivery cost 103% more per website click than a manual bid in the same account; fatigue is driven by cumulative frequency, not time running; spending more does not lower cost per lead ($98 under $1k a month, $401 over $25k).
  • It reads and it writes. It creates and updates campaigns, campaign groups, creatives and saved audiences, and pauses and reactivates campaigns. Every write is preview-then-confirm: the first call shows a before/after diff and changes nothing. New campaigns are created as drafts.
  • Real traffic, not every click. Landing page CTR and cost per landing page click are the primary traffic metrics. At the median account only about 1 in 7 LinkedIn clicks reaches your website.
  • Your CRM, joined to your ads. Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio to see influenced pipeline: deals at companies your LinkedIn ads reached or engaged before the deal.
  • Plug and play for AI agents. A hosted remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in. Paste one URL into Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Grok or any MCP-capable assistant and sign in with LinkedIn. No developer app, no API keys, no data warehouse.

Most LinkedIn Ads connectors move raw data from one place to another: to Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio or a chat window. Kiin interprets it, with landing page metrics, panel benchmarks, audits and playbooks, and can act on it through confirmed writes.

Does Perplexity have a LinkedIn connector?

Not a LinkedIn-built one, but Perplexity can add remote MCP connectors, which is how Kiin gives it your LinkedIn Ads. Perplexity's help centre documents adding a remote MCP connector with OAuth 2.0 and streamable HTTP or SSE. Enterprise admins control whether members can add their own.

How to connect LinkedIn Ads to Perplexity

Open Plugins in the sidebar (or Customize → Connectors), choose Add custom → Connector → Add MCP connector → Remote, enter https://mcp.kiin.co/mcp, pick OAuth 2.0 and Streamable HTTP, save, then click the card to sign in.

  1. Sign up for Kiin with LinkedIn and connect your ad account.
  2. In Perplexity, open Plugins in the sidebar, or Customize → Connectors.
  3. Add custom → Connector → Add MCP connector → Remote. Name: Kiin. URL: https://mcp.kiin.co/mcp.
  4. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (Perplexity discovers Kiin's endpoints, so no client ID is needed). Transport: Streamable HTTP.
  5. Click the Kiin card to authorise, then ask for last month's LinkedIn spend.

Enterprise: admins add custom connectors under Enterprise settings → Permissions → Connectors permissions → + Custom connector, and decide whether members can self-serve. Not verified: which individual plans (Free, Pro, Max) include custom connectors. Source: Perplexity Help Center (checked 26 Oct 2026).

What should you ask first?

Start with a question you can check, then ask about waste, warm accounts and fixes. Name the metrics you want and ask which tool and date range the assistant used before acting on a number.

  • “What did we spend on LinkedIn last month, and what was our cost per landing page click?”
  • “How much spend went to job titles outside our ICP?”
  • “Which companies engaged more than three times but never clicked?”
  • “How does our CPM compare with similar advertisers?”
  • “Run an audit and prepare the top three fixes for my approval.”

What if it does not work?

Most problems are sign-in, account scope or a stale token. Re-run the sign-in, check the right ad account is connected in Kiin, and ask “is my LinkedIn connection healthy?” If the client cannot reach the server, use the full path https://mcp.kiin.co/mcp, or /sse for SSE-only clients.

  • Numbers do not match Campaign Manager: usually a date range, time zone or different ad account. Ask the assistant which it used.
  • No tools appear: the sign-in did not complete. Disconnect and connect again.
  • A change did not apply: Kiin's first write call only previews. Confirm it, and check you have Analyst access on that ad account.

What can Kiin Intelligence do?

Kiin Intelligence registers 95 MCP tools. This is what they cover. Writes need Analyst access on that ad account (paid, or during the 14-day trial), and every write is logged.

How do I add a custom connector in Perplexity?+
Plugins in the sidebar, or Customize, Connectors, then Add custom, Connector, Add MCP connector, Remote. Enter a name and HTTPS URL, choose authentication and transport, and click the card to authorise.
