The one question that matters for B2B
Every CTV platform can put a 15 or 30 second spot on a television. What separates them for B2B is how they decide a household belongs to someone at one of your target accounts. There are three methods:
- Member data. LinkedIn knows where its members work and what they do, and matches them to their households. Most precise; inventory limited to LinkedIn's publisher partners and three markets.
- Company IP matching. Your account list is matched to the IP ranges of company networks and the homes linked to them. Wider inventory and markets; looser matching, especially for remote workers.
- Data segments. B2B interest or intent segments from providers such as Bombora and LiveRamp. Easy to buy; describes a type of person, not a named account.
Ask any platform which method it uses, and what share of your list it expects to reach. In the Kiin Labs panel, list-targeted LinkedIn CTV held 31.6 seconds of attention against 21.0 for cold audiences, and produced 3,125 of 3,782 post-view conversions.

Each platform in brief
LinkedIn CTV
Bought inside Campaign Manager under the brand awareness objective, with a "Connected TV only" setting. 15 and 30 second spots. CTV Select runs on a single premium publisher such as NBCUniversal or Paramount. Reporting covers reach, frequency, completion and professional demographics, with brand lift from Kantar and reach verification from iSpot. Our data: a median $25.76 CPM against $96.43 in the same advertisers' feed, 98.7% completion, and audiences under 50,000 members paying $46.97. LinkedIn audiences in the DSPs
Since May 2026, LinkedIn job title, industry and seniority data can be activated on CTV through Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk as private marketplace deals, and since 22 October 2026 through Google DV360. US only. Deals reportedly take up to five business days to set up, need a DSP seat and carry a $50,000 over 30 days minimum. The right route when a programmatic team already buys in one of these DSPs.
The Trade Desk, DV360 and Amazon DSP
The big independent and walled-garden DSPs, with the widest CTV inventory and markets. For B2B they depend on IP matching, data partners or the LinkedIn deals above. They need a seat, which usually means buying through an agency.
StackAdapt
A DSP popular with B2B in-house teams, buying CTV next to display, native and audio, with IP and device targeting and inventory including Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney+ and NBC.
AccountCast and SpotlightIQ
Platforms built only for account-based CTV, with services on top. You bring the list and the creative; they handle matching, buying and account-level reporting. Neither publishes pricing.
MNTN and Vibe
Self-serve CTV. MNTN offers B2B segments from LiveRamp and Bombora across 150+ networks; Vibe offers IP-matched account lists with no minimums. Both are quick to test; neither reaches a named list as precisely as LinkedIn.
Which to choose
| If you have | Start with |
|---|---|
| A named list of 20,000+ members, buyers in the US, Canada or UK, LinkedIn already running | LinkedIn CTV in Campaign Manager |
| A programmatic team with a DSP seat, US buyers, $50,000+ for a month | LinkedIn audience deals in your DSP |
| A list of a few hundred to a few thousand accounts in other markets | An account-based CTV platform or a DSP with IP matching |
| A category audience and a small test budget | MNTN or Vibe |
| Nobody in-house to run it and measure it against pipeline | An agency; see the best B2B CTV agencies |
What it costs
Media on LinkedIn CTV ran $20.31 to $50.88 per 1,000 impressions across the middle half of 31 advertisers, with a median of $25.76. A flight big enough to read, reaching about 20% of a 30,000 to 50,000 member list at a frequency of 3 to 5 over eight to twelve weeks, is $5,600 to $15,000 of media. The platform is only half the cost: the spots, the campaigns underneath and the measurement are the other half, which is why most B2B teams buy CTV through an agency. Kiin includes CTV in its B2B CTV service at $5,500 a month, media separate.
