LinkedIn Ads Agency

Quick Answer
Kiin is a B2B LinkedIn Ads agency working with sales-led SaaS companies in the United States, the UK and Europe. Three of the eight-person team came from LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. We manage 200+ B2B ad accounts, benchmark against 1,000+ accounts connected to Kiin Intelligence, and publish the industry's largest independent thought leader ads study. Clients spend $5,000–$50,000 a month on LinkedIn with deal sizes of $5,000 ACV and above. Management fees are $2,500, $5,500 or $9,500 a month, flat, in USD, published here rather than quoted on a call. Two things separate us from most LinkedIn agencies: we run LinkedIn Ads and signal-based outbound off one dataset, and every number we report is a landing page click, not the inflated click figure LinkedIn shows by default.

What We Do

Kiin runs LinkedIn Ads for sales-led B2B SaaS companies, full funnel, and connects the engagement data to outbound so the two channels work one audience instead of paying for it twice.

The LinkedIn side is three layers that most accounts we inherit are missing at least one of:

  • Thought leader ads against a defined account list at the top, because the author explains 67% of the variance in engagement and the company page explains almost none. That number comes from our own study of $8.4M in thought leader ad spend, not from LinkedIn's sales deck.
  • 180-day retargeting through the middle, segmented by engagement depth — video viewers, post engagers, site visitors, lead form openers — so the second touch is different from the first.
  • Conversion campaigns at the bottom: conversation ads, lead gen forms, single image to landing pages that were built for the ad, not the homepage.

Around it sit signal-based outbound (ad engagers, site visitors, profile viewers and new followers, enriched and routed to your SDRs with the context attached) and founder and exec content written to run as thought leader ads. Clients buy LinkedIn Ads alone or the full demand generation system; the pricing for each is further down.

💡 What "full funnel" means in numbers
The median thought leader ad reaches 20.5% of its audience in 90 days, and the real frequency is 9.5 — not the 3.5 Campaign Manager reports — because 47% of the people one campaign reaches were already reached by another campaign in the same account. If nobody is watching penetration and frequency across the whole account, budget quietly goes to the same 20% of people. That is the thing we fix first.

Who We Work With

Roughly half of our clients are in the United States, the rest in the UK and Europe. The profile is the same on both sides of the Atlantic:

  • Sales-led B2B SaaS with a real sales team — not self-serve product-led growth
  • $5,000–$50,000 a month in LinkedIn ad spend, or the budget to get there
  • $5,000+ ACV, sales cycles of three to nine months, a named buying committee
  • Concentrated in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, martech, HR tech, energy tech and developer tools

Named clients include Giga Energy (Houston), MarketerHire (US), Lead Forensics, Sova Assessment, Huq Industries, Credit Logic and Fibbler.

We are the wrong choice if you are spending under about $3,000 a month, selling something transactional with a two-week cycle, or want LinkedIn run as one line in a fifteen-channel plan. LinkedIn rewards depth. Depth is what we sell.

Why Companies Choose Kiin

Three ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions employees on a team of eight

Omar Aboushady spent four years inside LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Yasmin El-Deeb and Joanna Saunders both came from LinkedIn too. That is three of eight people who have seen the auction, the Campaign Manager defaults and the account-history effects from the inside. It matters most in the unglamorous places: which defaults are set for LinkedIn's revenue rather than yours, and why a new campaign in an old account behaves differently from the same campaign in a fresh one.

We report landing page clicks, not clicks

LinkedIn's headline clicks field counts likes, comments, shares and profile clicks alongside visits to your site. On thought leader ads, 91% of "clicks" never reach a landing page — total CTR 4.56% against a landing page CTR of 0.43% in our data. Most agencies report the big number as traffic. Every figure we report is on landingPageClicks. Your first Kiin report will probably look worse than your last agency's; it will also be the first one that is true. The full argument is in what a good LinkedIn Ads CTR actually is.

We publish the research the industry cites

Kiin Labs is the research arm: $31M of LinkedIn spend, 464 thought leader ad accounts, every comparison paired within account with confidence intervals. It exists because we wanted benchmarks we could trust for our own clients. The operating rules that came out of it — bid amount matters and bid type does not, fatigue is a frequency effect not a time effect, 63% of cost per landing page click is CPM — are the rules we run your account by.

We built our own tooling

Kiin operates its own LinkedIn Ads MCP server: 69 tools over the LinkedIn Marketing API that query live account data and benchmark it against 1,000+ accounts connected to Kiin Intelligence. It is why an audit takes minutes, and why "how much did we spend on out-of-ICP job titles last month" is a question with an answer rather than a project.

LinkedIn Agency Partner with API access

Partner status with Marketing API Standard tier. Partner status on its own is not rare; combined with the API access it is what makes the tooling above possible.

Published pricing, flat fee, USD

Fees are on this page. Most agencies make you book a call to find out whether you can afford them, and many charge a percentage of spend, which pays them more for spending more of your money. We charge flat, in dollars, and we put the numbers where you can see them.

Running LinkedIn Ads in the US vs the UK

We run accounts on both sides, and the playbooks genuinely differ. Four things that change:

US audiences are large, so the trap is breadth, not saturation. A tightly defined US B2B SaaS audience is often 300,000–800,000 people; the UK equivalent is 15,000–40,000. In the UK the danger is frequency running into double figures. In the US the danger is the opposite: budget spreads across a huge audience, nobody sees the ad twice, and the campaign never builds the familiarity that makes the bottom of the funnel work. US accounts need a named account list and a penetration target far more than UK ones do.

US job titles map cleanly; UK titles do not. VP, Director, Manager mean roughly what LinkedIn's seniority filter thinks they mean in an American org chart. In the UK, "Head of" can be the most senior person in the function or a mid-level manager. Seniority targeting works better in the US and needs manual correction in the UK — which is one reason a UK-based team that runs US accounts learns to target by function and company rather than by title.

The US auction is the most contested on the platform. Senior US B2B audiences routinely price at $60–$100+ CPM. Our thought leader ad dataset puts the median CPM at $65 with landing page cost per click at $14.71. Because 63% of the variance in cost per landing page click is CPM, the US game is won on bidding and audience construction far more than on creative — the opposite of what most agencies tell you.

Budget floors are higher in dollars. $5,000–$10,000 a month in media is the realistic floor for a full-funnel test in the US, on top of management. Below about $3,000 you are running one campaign and hoping.

Agency, Consultant, Freelancer or In-House?

A LinkedIn Ads agency runs paid campaigns in Campaign Manager end to end — targeting, creative, bidding, funnel structure, measurement. That is what Kiin is.

A LinkedIn marketing agency usually means organic company page content, employee advocacy and social selling. Some run ads as well; many do not run them well.

A LinkedIn Ads consultant or freelancer is one person, part-time. Cheaper, no cover, and often the right answer under about $3,000 a month in spend. We compare the options in agency vs in-house vs freelancer and in how to hire a LinkedIn Ads expert.

In-house makes sense above roughly $50,000 a month in spend, when a full-time specialist costs less than an agency fee. Below that, the specialist spends most of the week waiting for data.

How We Work

1
Audit
Eight-layer diagnostic on the existing account
2
Account list
Define the ICP and the companies you want
3
Build
Full funnel, creative, tracking, landing pages
4
Compound
Engagement signals feed outbound

Weeks 1–2. We audit what exists with the eight-layer diagnostic, agree the ICP and build the target account list. If you cannot name the companies you want as customers, we stop and fix that first.

Weeks 3–6. The full funnel goes live: thought leader ads against the account list, retargeting segmented by engagement depth, conversion campaigns underneath. Tracking gets rebuilt, because it is broken on about half the accounts we inherit.

Week 6 onward. Engagement data starts feeding outbound. This is where compounding begins, and why month four looks different from month one.

Reporting is bi-weekly on a call with a written monthly report. Every number is on landing page clicks and, where a CRM is connected, tied to influenced pipeline rather than last-click leads.

⚠️ What we will tell you in month one
Demand generation takes three to six months to show. If you need pipeline in thirty days, the honest answer is retargeting and conversation ads to people who already know you — and if you have no warm audience yet, there is nothing to retarget. Anyone promising a transformed pipeline in month one on a cold account is selling you something.

Pricing

Three tiers, flat monthly management fee in USD, ad spend separate. No setup fees, no long lock-ins.

TierPer monthFor
LinkedIn Ads$2,500Teams already spending on LinkedIn and not getting pipeline from it
Full Paid Media$5,500LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and Reddit managed together, one paid media lead with platform specialists behind them
Full Demand Generation$9,500Paid media plus GTM outbound running off one dataset

For context, LinkedIn Ads agencies typically charge $3,000–$12,000 a month flat, or 10–20% of spend. The full breakdown is in what a LinkedIn Ads agency costs.

Results and Clients

Across the client base: 1,700+ demos booked, $23M+ in pipeline, an average 33× return on ad spend. Individual accounts vary a great deal, and anyone quoting a single ROAS figure as a promise is quoting an average, not a forecast.

Sam Burns, Head of Marketing at Giga Energy, after seven months: "They've 9x'd the number of deals in the pipeline directly from LinkedIn and Google. They've been an amazing asset, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing help with B2B ads."

Margaret Prowitt, Director of Marketing at MarketerHire: "We've continued to give additional projects to him as he keeps helping us increase supply and demand and optimise existing processes."

Kirsty Dawe, CMO at Lead Forensics: "We launched LinkedIn, Google, and Meta together and are now exploring GTM outbound with them as well. It genuinely feels like they're part of the team."

The Team

Eight people, based in London, working across the US, UK and EU. Three came from LinkedIn. The person who audits your account is the person who runs it — there are no account managers you meet once. Everyone is on the about page.

Kiin was founded by Phil Ilic, who has run LinkedIn Ads and nothing else for seven years across 200+ accounts, and who wrote the Thought Leader Ads Benchmarks study.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a LinkedIn Ads agency cost?+
Most LinkedIn Ads agencies charge $3,000 to $12,000 a month as a flat management fee, or 10 to 20 percent of ad spend, and the fee never includes the media itself. Kiin charges $2,500 a month for LinkedIn Ads management, $5,500 for full paid media across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and Reddit, and $9,500 for full demand generation with GTM outbound. Plan on $5,000 to $10,000 a month in media for a genuine full-funnel test.
Do you work with US companies?+
Yes. Roughly half of Kiin's clients are in the United States, including Giga Energy in Houston and MarketerHire. The team is in London, which means your account is worked during US overnight hours and reports are ready by the start of the East Coast day. Billing is in USD on a flat monthly fee. The detail is on the LinkedIn Ads agency for US companies page.
What makes a good LinkedIn Ads agency?+
Four checks. Whether LinkedIn is the core offer or one channel among many. Whether they report landing page clicks rather than LinkedIn's total clicks field, which counts likes and profile clicks as traffic. Whether they build a mid-funnel retargeting layer, since most accounts jump from cold awareness straight to demo requests. And whether they can connect spend to pipeline rather than stopping at cost per lead.
What is the minimum budget for LinkedIn Ads?+
About $5,000 a month in media for a full-funnel test in the US, on top of management fees. Below roughly $3,000 you cannot run top, middle and bottom of funnel at the same time, so you are testing one campaign rather than a strategy. UK budgets can be somewhat lower because audiences are smaller and saturate faster.
How long before we see results?+
Direct response campaigns such as conversation ads and lead gen forms can produce leads within two to four weeks if there is a warm audience to convert. Demand generation takes three to six months, because it works by building familiarity across many touchpoints before anyone raises a hand. An agency promising transformed pipeline in month one on a cold account is describing something that does not happen.
Should I choose a LinkedIn Ads agency or a LinkedIn marketing agency?+
A LinkedIn Ads agency runs paid campaigns in Campaign Manager: targeting, creative, bidding, funnel structure and measurement. A LinkedIn marketing agency usually means organic company page content, employee advocacy and social selling. If the goal is pipeline from paid, you want the first. Kiin is a LinkedIn Ads agency that also runs signal-based outbound and founder content because the three feed each other.
Do you work with companies outside B2B SaaS?+
Rarely. Kiin is built around sales-led B2B companies with deal sizes of $5,000 ACV and above and sales cycles of three to nine months, mostly SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, martech, HR tech and energy tech. If the product is transactional with a short cycle, LinkedIn is usually the wrong platform and we will say so.
Are you a LinkedIn Partner?+
Yes. Kiin is a LinkedIn Agency Partner with Marketing API Standard tier access. Partner status alone is not rare; the API access is what allows Kiin to run its own LinkedIn Ads MCP server and benchmark client accounts against 1,000+ connected accounts.
Where does your benchmark data come from?+
From Kiin Intelligence, the platform 1,000+ B2B ad accounts are connected to, and from Kiin Labs, the research arm. The 2026 Thought Leader Ads Benchmarks study analysed $31M of LinkedIn spend across 464 thought leader ad accounts with every comparison paired within account. It is published in full at kiin.co/research, with no email gate.
