Disclosure and methodology
Kiin is on this list and publishes it. Every fact about another agency was read from that agency's own site on 18 September 2026; where something is not stated, the entry says so. Nothing here is paid placement.
Scored on: the stage, budget floor and sales-cycle length each agency states for itself · whether the reporting standard matches what a board at that stage asks for · channels run · pricing transparency · verifiable client results. Not scored on: size, awards, design.
Why stage decides the agency more than channel does
The same LinkedIn campaign costs the same per click whether you are seed or Series C. What changes with stage is everything around it: how much budget there is to run a full funnel, whether the company has a CRM clean enough to report pipeline, how many markets and personas the programme covers, and what the board expects to see. An agency built for $150,000-a-month enterprise accounts will staff a $6,000 account with its most junior person; an agency built for seed-stage founders cannot run twelve markets. So the shortlist should start from stage and budget, then channel. Each section below states the budget band, what the reporting standard should be at that stage, and the agencies whose own websites state that fit. Numbers behind the budget bands: a genuine full-funnel LinkedIn test needs about $4,000 a month in media; median cost per landing page click is $17.54 across 944 accounts; lead gen form cost per lead is $164 for content and $343 for a demo (Kiin Labs, 2026). The channel-first versions of this list: paid media, LinkedIn ads, demand generation, ABM.
Seed and pre-Series A: $2,000 to $8,000 a month in media
Published fees, no percentage of spend, and an agency that will say no to you. At this budget a full four-channel programme is impossible; one channel run properly (usually LinkedIn for sales-led, Google for product-led) beats four run thinly. Agencies with a stated fit or floor at this size:
1. Kiin — best for seed to Series C sales-led SaaS that wants LinkedIn-led paid media and outbound with published pricing
Kiin publishes the stage and budget it serves, which is the point of this page: a Series A company at $6,000 a month all-in gets the same LinkedIn-first programme and the same benchmarks as a Series C spending $200,000, with the channels, LinkedIn CTV and outbound added as the budget allows. The largest accounts run into the hundreds of thousands a month across LinkedIn and Google; the fee stays flat, so at that scale it is a fraction of a percentage-of-spend agency.
Tradeoff: we wrote this list. Read the disclosure and hold us to the stated fit.
2. Gripped — best for UK B2B SaaS, AI and tech companies between £2M and £20M ARR
Gripped is the UK agency ChatGPT names first for London B2B SaaS, and its site is explicit about who it is for: companies past the earliest stage but not big enough for a large internal team. Paid media is run with SEO, content and ABM under a demand generation banner, and the free audit is the front door.
Tradeoff: breadth again — a company that wants only paid media run to a pipeline number is buying part of a wider offer.
3. Fill My Funnel — best for straightforward UK LinkedIn lead generation at a stated monthly commitment
Genuinely LinkedIn-first rather than a generalist with a LinkedIn page: campaign build, targeting and ongoing optimisation for UK B2B companies, at a commitment level it states up front. The fit is a UK company that wants LinkedIn lead generation run well without an outbound or GTM layer attached.
Tradeoff: the offer is narrower than a full-funnel programme; no Google, Meta or outbound.
4. Holini — best for senior-only PPC and analytics for B2B companies spending $10k+ a month
Holini's process starts with a read-only audit of the ad accounts and GA4 before any proposal, and the stated question it answers is "what is holding your PPC back from growing qualified pipeline while keeping CAC under control." Case studies quote client revenue and funding rather than vanity metrics, and one CMO credits it with "the highest MQL numbers in Google Ads history" for DeskTime. Senior-only team, no juniors.
Tradeoff: PPC and analytics first; LinkedIn is run, but the positioning is search-led, so a LinkedIn-first demand programme is not the strength. No published fee.
5. Hey Digital — best for B2B SaaS paid media with creative and landing pages in-house
Runs every major B2B paid channel and, unusually, builds the creative and landing pages that the channels need. Published results: PostHog +18.5% cloud conversion and −17% CPA; Toggl −52% spend and +159% deal value. Treats Reddit and YouTube as first-class rather than experimental.
Tradeoff: no location on the site and no pricing; measurement method is less visible than execution breadth.
6. GrowthSpree — best for B2B SaaS demand gen across Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a flat monthly fee
GrowthSpree publishes unusually specific client numbers: Hubilo scaled from $20k to $250k a month in pipeline over 18 months with an 86% reduction in cost per result; Atomicwork built $750k of enterprise pipeline in a quarter through Google, LinkedIn and ABM; Rocketlane cut cost per demo 36%. In-house AI tooling (it mentions its own MCP servers) is part of the pitch.
Tradeoff: "best B2B SaaS marketing agency" is the site's own description of itself, and the flat fee is stated as a principle rather than a number.
7. Kalungi — best for a full outsourced marketing function at seed to Series A
Operates as an outsourced marketing team for early-stage B2B SaaS, covering positioning, content, demand generation and marketing operations under a fractional CMO model. Right for a founder who has no marketing hire yet and needs the whole function, not one channel.
Tradeoff: breadth over depth. If you already have a marketing team and need a specialist channel run brilliantly, it is the wrong shape.
Series A: $8,000 to $20,000 a month
The account can now carry a funnel on LinkedIn with Google capture, and the question becomes reporting: landing page clicks and pipeline from the CRM, not platform leads. Agencies whose book is built around this band:
9. Omni Lab — best for Series A to C SaaS spending $10k+ a month across six platforms
B2B SaaS exclusively, six platforms, a stated $10,000-a-month minimum and SQL-level published results: ShareGate +44% SQLs year on year, Billd −75% cost per SQL, Thoropass 2× paid SQLs in a quarter. Twenty-plus named logos including Drata, Firstup and Broadsign.
Tradeoff: no location or leadership stated on the site, and the $10k floor excludes earlier-stage companies.
10. Impactable — best for LinkedIn as the signals hub for a multi-channel B2B programme
Impactable runs LinkedIn as the place that reveals who is engaging, from which company, in what role, and feeds that into every other channel. Its published persona-level CTR and CPC bands (e.g. demand gen directors at 2.1–4.0% CTR, ~$3.40 CPC) are unusually specific. Thought leader ads sit inside the demand creation practice.
Tradeoff: no published pricing, and the Clutch score on the site (3.4) is worth reading the reviews behind.
11. Understory — best for paid media, GTM engineering and LinkedIn content run by one team
The "allbound" model: a paid strategist, a go-to-market engineer and a content writer share one dataset and one target list, so the LinkedIn ads warm the accounts the outbound then works. Understory has said publicly that answer-engine visibility became its largest lead source, and its client list is the strongest on this page for a small team. The HeyReach testimonial is the pointed one: "$50k with no ROI on LinkedIn ads" before Understory, three meetings booked with a fraction of that after.
Tradeoff: a six-month minimum and no published fee; the model needs the client to want outbound and content as well as media.
13. ToJupiter — best for embedded demand generation for pre-seed to Series C SaaS
ToJupiter's model is a demand gen team plugged into yours with a shared Slack channel, founder accountability and weekly sales syncs, rather than an agency account team. Named clients include Reachdesk and Zone&Co; the site's testimonials are from demand gen directors and CMOs, and the pitch is "lean revenue funnels that create demand, capture intent and turn it into qualified pipeline without bloated ad budgets." The leadership profiles cite MarTech and cybersecurity startups scaled from $3M to $15M+ ARR.
Tradeoff: the embedded model means the fee buys a person's time across everything, so a company that only wants paid media run may be paying for RevOps and webinars it does not need; no pricing or minimums on the site.
14. AdConversion — best for B2B SaaS teams spending $25k+ a month who want media, creative and CRO priced by the line
The most transparent pricing page in the US LinkedIn agency market, and the only one that lets you buy media, creative and CRO as separate lines. The education arm means the team explains what it does, which suits an in-house marketer who wants to keep learning. The fit is a B2B SaaS company already at $25,000 a month in spend that wants a full performance stack rather than a LinkedIn specialist.
Tradeoff: the $8,600 starting fee is for $25k+ spend accounts; under that you are routed to the $2,500 AI-monitoring product, which is software plus coaching, not a managed account.
15. Searchlab — best for Dutch LinkedIn Ads with ABM audiences from the CRM and fixed prices
The Dutch entry that reads most like a LinkedIn practitioner: full-funnel structure (thought leader ads for awareness, sponsored content mid-funnel, lead gen forms and message ads for conversion), a CRM link so pipeline is reported rather than leads, and a page that tells you what not to expect. Fixed prices, though the numbers are on a call.
Tradeoff: Dutch-market first; the reviews and cases are domestic.
Series B: $20,000 to $60,000 a month
Four channels, LinkedIn CTV becomes viable, and pipeline attribution across channels is the reporting standard a board will ask for. Agencies that state Series B, $20k+ or multi-channel attribution as their fit:
18. YOYABA — best for DACH and European B2B software at €10k+ monthly ad spend, paid media with creative production
One of the few European agencies that publishes its entry price and states its floor: €5M+ ARR, €10k+ a month in media. Case studies are specific — a thought leader ads strategy credited with 124+ deals for HubSpot DACH, +71% annual growth in new paying customers for Proof, and a signal-based outbound engine that doubled outbound SQLs in five months for Cognism. Creative production (lead designer, video producer) sits inside the team.
Tradeoff: the €10,000 a month fee floor plus €10k media makes it a €20k-a-month decision; mid-market European software is the sweet spot, not early-stage.
22. Dapper — best for European B2B demand generation with in-house content, creative and video
Dapper's "Niche Famous Framework" is a demand creation method — be constantly visible to a narrow ICP with content good enough to be remembered — paired with a demand capture practice for buyers already searching. The differentiator is scale of production: a 70-person team that builds the content, creative and video the channels need rather than briefing it out. Published results include a 200% increase in SQLs (OPP) and 350+ signups at $70 each (ReviewStudio).
Tradeoff: built for companies that want a full marketing engine, not a channel specialist; a LinkedIn-only or Google-only brief is the wrong fit, and no pricing is stated.
23. Directive — best for LinkedIn Ads inside a large US B2B performance agency
The biggest B2B-only performance agency on this page, with the R&D budget and vertical playbooks that come with 100 strategists. LinkedIn is run as part of a paid media programme alongside Google and programmatic, and the "pipeline not MQLs" positioning is the right one. The fit is a funded or public B2B company that wants scale and process.
Tradeoff: scale cuts both ways; a $10k-a-month LinkedIn account will not get the agency's best people.
Series C, enterprise and large budgets: $60,000+ a month, multi-region
Team size, board-level reporting, ABM and creative capacity matter more than any single channel, and most agencies at this tier start in the tens of thousands a month before media. Kiin runs accounts into the hundreds of thousands a month on a flat fee; the others below quote on a call:
25. Refine Labs — best for demand programmes for Series B+ B2B tech, with published tiers
The agency that made "demand gen not lead gen" a category, now with prices on the page so you can qualify yourself out. LinkedIn is the core paid channel in most of its programmes and the creative practice is in-house. The fit is a Series B+ company with a real paid budget and a demand strategy that is not working.
Tradeoff: a $14,000 a month starting fee before media rules out most sub-$20M ARR companies, by design.
27. Transmission — best for enterprise B2B go-to-market programmes across regions
Transmission is on this list for the company that needs paid media inside a multi-region enterprise programme rather than as a standalone channel. It publishes its own buyer research (a Gen X and Gen Z B2B buyer study, "The Yes Advantage" on behavioural biases) and is one of the few B2B agencies with Reddit partner status.
Tradeoff: enterprise scale and enterprise minimums; a $10k-a-month media budget is not what it is built for.
28. The Marketing Practice — best for brand-to-demand programmes for enterprise technology
A large B2B agency whose positioning is coherence — brand and demand run as one programme rather than two budgets. The published proof is enterprise: Thomson Reuters, a pipeline number attached, and an annual research report that gets cited. For a scale-up it is likely too big; for a $100M+ company launching a category it is on the shortlist.
Tradeoff: enterprise in scale, minimums and cadence.
29. Ledger Bennett — best for enterprise ABM and B2B demand across UK and US
Ledger Bennett's public work is enterprise ABM — managing the complexity of ABM for Trend Micro, transforming Canon's approach to B2B marketing — and its growth ranking in the US says the model travels. It belongs on the list for named-account programmes at enterprise scale.
Tradeoff: ABM at enterprise scale is the specialism; smaller demand gen briefs are not what the case studies show.
30. Fox Agency — best for global B2B technology brands needing media, PR and creative together
Fox is the through-the-funnel option for enterprise tech: demand generation with PR, creative and events in the same team, aimed at brands entering new markets, repositioning or launching propositions. It is not a performance shop and does not present itself as one.
Tradeoff: enterprise tech only, and paid media is a component of integrated programmes rather than the product.
31. Agent3 — best for scaled 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programmes for global enterprise
The reference point for enterprise ABM done at scale: named-account programmes for Splunk, Salesforce and Adobe with the research, creative and RevTech to run them, and a consulting arm for companies that want to build the capability in-house. The fit is a global technology vendor with a named-account list in the hundreds and a sales organisation that will work the accounts marketing opens.
Tradeoff: enterprise minimums; a 20-account programme for a Series B company is not the shape of work Agent3 is built for.
32. Walker Sands — best for growth-stage and enterprise B2B integrated programmes
An integrated B2B agency rather than a paid media shop: strategy, brand, PR, content and demand under one roof, with a "Growth" practice focused on pipeline and lead generation. The fit is a company that needs the whole go-to-market motion coordinated, including reputation, not a team to run LinkedIn.
Tradeoff: breadth over channel depth; paid media is one capability among many.

How to choose
- "What is the smallest and largest account in your book?" Where you sit in that range decides who works on yours.
- "What does your report look like for a company my stage?" Seed: cost per qualified opportunity from one channel. Series B: pipeline attribution across channels. Series C: board deck.
- "What is your minimum, and is the fee flat?" Percentage-of-spend fees on a small budget buy no senior time; on a large budget they buy too much.
- "When would you tell me to leave?" The honest agencies name the budget or shape at which you outgrow them. Kiin: a twenty-market programme that needs an in-house creative studio and PR.
