What the number is
Days from a campaign's first delivery to its first lead, for feed lead gen campaigns launched in the window with at least 14 live days. Across all spend levels the medians are 2 days for content and 6 for demo; at $100 a day or more, 1 day and 4 days.
Patience is not the problem
Of 1,382 feed campaigns that stopped inside the window, only 4% were switched off with no lead before the median time to first lead for their offer and budget. The rest waited past the median and still got nothing.
What to do
Content needs $25 to $50 a day for a lead a week in half of months; demo needs $100 or more. Below that, a demo campaign with no lead after two weeks is normal, not broken.
Where the number comes from
Kiin Labs Report No. 3, chapter 06. LinkedIn Ads accounts connected to Kiin Intelligence via the LinkedIn Marketing API, 8 September 2025 to 7 September 2026, converted to USD, LinkedIn Audience Network excluded. Every figure is a median across advertiser accounts, and no cell with fewer than seven accounts is published.
