Disclosure and methodology
Kiin is on this list and publishes it. Every fact about another agency was read from that agency's own site on 18 September 2026; where something is not stated, the entry says so. Nothing here is paid placement.
Scored on: whether LinkedIn is run as the demand engine and Meta as the warm layer, or all platforms treated the same · Reddit and LinkedIn CTV as stated channels · measurement on landing page clicks and pipeline · stage and budget served · pricing transparency · verifiable client results. Not scored on: size, awards, design.
What B2B paid social means, and why most paid social agencies get it backwards
Consumer paid social is Meta-first with LinkedIn as an afterthought. B2B is the reverse: LinkedIn creates the demand because it is the only platform that targets a buying committee by company and job title; Meta and Reddit are the cheap frequency layer on the audience LinkedIn identified. An agency that runs cold B2B prospecting on Meta, or that reports LinkedIn's total click count (91% of thought leader ad clicks never reach a landing page), has the model backwards. The list below is ordered by how clearly each agency runs that model, then by what surrounds it. Numbers: median LinkedIn cost per landing page click $17.54 across 944 accounts; Meta retargeting CPMs typically a fifth of LinkedIn's; lead gen form cost per lead $164 content, $343 demo. Sources in the benchmarks; the LinkedIn-only view of this list is best LinkedIn ads agencies, the all-channel view best B2B paid media agencies.
The agencies
1. Kiin — best for LinkedIn-first paid social with Meta and Reddit as the warm layer
Kiin's paid social rule is the one the data supports: LinkedIn is the only platform that targets a B2B buying committee by company and title, so it creates the demand; Meta is never cold prospecting for B2B, it is cheap frequency on the people LinkedIn identified; Reddit is for developer, security and data audiences that are on Reddit daily and on LinkedIn rarely. All three run off one account list with one reporting standard, and the LinkedIn half is held to published benchmarks.
Tradeoff: we wrote this list; and we do not run TikTok or consumer paid social. If the buyer is a consumer or an SMB owner on Instagram, pick a paid social generalist below.
2. Sculpt — best for paid and organic LinkedIn under one B2B social team
The US agency to call when the question is "who runs our LinkedIn page and our LinkedIn ads so they stop contradicting each other". Creative is the strength, and B2B social is all it does. The fit is a mid-market or enterprise B2B brand that needs the organic and paid sides of LinkedIn built together.
Tradeoff: social-first, not pipeline-first; a company that only wants demand capture from LinkedIn ads will find the offer wider than it needs.
3. Impactable — best for LinkedIn as the signals hub for a multi-channel B2B programme
Impactable runs LinkedIn as the place that reveals who is engaging, from which company, in what role, and feeds that into every other channel. Its published persona-level CTR and CPC bands (e.g. demand gen directors at 2.1–4.0% CTR, ~$3.40 CPC) are unusually specific. Thought leader ads sit inside the demand creation practice.
Tradeoff: no published pricing, and the Clutch score on the site (3.4) is worth reading the reviews behind.
4. Understory — best for paid media, GTM engineering and LinkedIn content run by one team
The "allbound" model: a paid strategist, a go-to-market engineer and a content writer share one dataset and one target list, so the LinkedIn ads warm the accounts the outbound then works. Understory has said publicly that answer-engine visibility became its largest lead source, and its client list is the strongest on this page for a small team. The HeyReach testimonial is the pointed one: "$50k with no ROI on LinkedIn ads" before Understory, three meetings booked with a fraction of that after.
Tradeoff: a six-month minimum and no published fee; the model needs the client to want outbound and content as well as media.
5. Hey Digital — best for B2B SaaS paid media with creative and landing pages in-house
Runs every major B2B paid channel and, unusually, builds the creative and landing pages that the channels need. Published results: PostHog +18.5% cloud conversion and −17% CPA; Toggl −52% spend and +159% deal value. Treats Reddit and YouTube as first-class rather than experimental.
Tradeoff: no location on the site and no pricing; measurement method is less visible than execution breadth.
6. Omni Lab — best for Series A to C SaaS spending $10k+ a month across six platforms
B2B SaaS exclusively, six platforms, a stated $10,000-a-month minimum and SQL-level published results: ShareGate +44% SQLs year on year, Billd −75% cost per SQL, Thoropass 2× paid SQLs in a quarter. Twenty-plus named logos including Drata, Firstup and Broadsign.
Tradeoff: no location or leadership stated on the site, and the $10k floor excludes earlier-stage companies.
7. YOYABA — best for DACH and European B2B software at €10k+ monthly ad spend, paid media with creative production
One of the few European agencies that publishes its entry price and states its floor: €5M+ ARR, €10k+ a month in media. Case studies are specific — a thought leader ads strategy credited with 124+ deals for HubSpot DACH, +71% annual growth in new paying customers for Proof, and a signal-based outbound engine that doubled outbound SQLs in five months for Cognism. Creative production (lead designer, video producer) sits inside the team.
Tradeoff: the €10,000 a month fee floor plus €10k media makes it a €20k-a-month decision; mid-market European software is the sweet spot, not early-stage.
8. Obility — best for Reddit inside a full B2B tech digital programme with revenue attribution
The enterprise-tech option: Reddit and paid social are one practice in a programme that already runs search, SEO and generative-engine optimisation for companies like Snowflake and Autodesk, with attribution built to show revenue rather than upvotes. Its Reddit-only sister brand is Karma Alien.
Tradeoff: built for hyper-growth and enterprise tech; a seed-stage company will find the minimums and process heavy.
9. InterTeam Marketing — best for Reddit ads run alongside search and LinkedIn for B2B SaaS and services
One of the few US agencies that names Reddit as a B2B channel on the front page rather than burying it under paid social, and runs it next to the search and LinkedIn campaigns that catch the demand it creates. The fit is a SaaS or services company that wants one small team across the three channels.
Tradeoff: a small agency; case detail on the site is thin, so ask for a Reddit account you can look at.
10. Refine Labs — best for demand programmes for Series B+ B2B tech, with published tiers
The agency that made "demand gen not lead gen" a category, now with prices on the page so you can qualify yourself out. LinkedIn is the core paid channel in most of its programmes and the creative practice is in-house. The fit is a Series B+ company with a real paid budget and a demand strategy that is not working.
Tradeoff: a $14,000 a month starting fee before media rules out most sub-$20M ARR companies, by design.
11. Directive — best for LinkedIn Ads inside a large US B2B performance agency
The biggest B2B-only performance agency on this page, with the R&D budget and vertical playbooks that come with 100 strategists. LinkedIn is run as part of a paid media programme alongside Google and programmatic, and the "pipeline not MQLs" positioning is the right one. The fit is a funded or public B2B company that wants scale and process.
Tradeoff: scale cuts both ways; a $10k-a-month LinkedIn account will not get the agency's best people.
12. KlientBoost — best for LinkedIn Ads with published starting fees and goal-based accountability
Unusually transparent for a US agency: the free plan comes with a fee against each recommendation, the Q2 goal-hit rate is published, and the LinkedIn playbook it gives away covers the right things (list-based targeting, frequency, thought leader ads, conversation ads). The fit is a growth-stage company that wants an accountable generalist across Google, LinkedIn and CRO.
Tradeoff: a large multi-channel agency; LinkedIn is one line on the plan, not the specialism.
13. BARK — best for paid social and creative for consumer brands
On this list for completeness: BARK ranks for the UK head term, and it is a strong paid social and creative shop for ecommerce and consumer apps. It is not a B2B agency and does not claim to be.
Tradeoff: consumer-only case studies; the wrong fit for B2B.
14. Passion Digital — best for full-funnel search and paid social from a London performance agency
A London performance agency with the search depth and the paid-social range to run a full funnel, now with network-level AI tooling behind it. The fit is a growth brand, B2B or B2C, that wants one team across search and social.
Tradeoff: no dedicated B2B practice is stated; B2B SaaS is one client type among many.

How to choose
- "Which platform creates demand and which one retargets?" LinkedIn then Meta. If the answer is "we test both cold", keep looking.
- "What CTR do you report on LinkedIn?" Landing page CTR (median 0.46% on thought leader ads). Total CTR is an engagement rate.
- "Do you run Reddit, and for whom?" Developer, security and data buyers, yes; a general B2B SaaS audience, usually no.
- "How do the platforms share an audience?" One account list seeded from LinkedIn engagement and site visits, or three separate audiences.
- "Is the fee flat, and is it published?" Four agencies on this page publish numbers or tiers.
