Disclosure and methodology
Kiin is on this list and publishes it. Every fact about another agency was read from that agency's own site on 18 September 2026; where something is not stated, the entry says so. Nothing here is paid placement.
Scored on: whether LinkedIn is the core practice or one channel of many · which markets and languages are served natively · objective, bidding and format decisions against the published data · pricing transparency · verifiable client results. Not scored on: size, awards, design.
The European LinkedIn ads market, by country
LinkedIn advertising in Europe splits by language more than by border. The UK has the deepest bench of specialists and the only published benchmark data. DACH has the largest non-English member base (21 million German-speaking members) and agencies that price in setup-plus-retainer terms. France has a young, LinkedIn-only scene with published prices and no media commission. The Netherlands has practitioners who build ABM audiences from the CRM. The Nordics are small markets where person-level targeting beats account-level. Spain and Portugal are served mostly by multilingual agencies running pan-European accounts. The list below is ordered by depth of LinkedIn practice, then by market. What the platform costs across all of them, by format and objective, is in LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads Benchmarks 2026 and the LinkedIn ads benchmarks; US-first buyers should read best LinkedIn ads agencies in the USA.
The agencies
1. Kiin — best for LinkedIn-native B2B SaaS programmes run from London for UK, EU and US accounts
Kiin is the European agency that published the benchmark data the rest of this page quotes: what a landing page click costs on each format, which objective to run at each audience size, why 91% of thought leader ad clicks never reach a site. Programmes are built for sales-led SaaS selling across Europe and the US, run in English from London, and every account is benchmarked against 1,000+ connected accounts through Kiin Intelligence.
Tradeoff: we wrote this list; and we run in English. A company that needs German, French or Dutch creative written natively should pair us with a local agency or pick one below.
2. YOYABA — best for DACH and European B2B software at €10k+ monthly ad spend, paid media with creative production
One of the few European agencies that publishes its entry price and states its floor: €5M+ ARR, €10k+ a month in media. Case studies are specific — a thought leader ads strategy credited with 124+ deals for HubSpot DACH, +71% annual growth in new paying customers for Proof, and a signal-based outbound engine that doubled outbound SQLs in five months for Cognism. Creative production (lead designer, video producer) sits inside the team.
Tradeoff: the €10,000 a month fee floor plus €10k media makes it a €20k-a-month decision; mid-market European software is the sweet spot, not early-stage.
3. Dapper — best for European B2B demand generation with in-house content, creative and video
Dapper's "Niche Famous Framework" is a demand creation method — be constantly visible to a narrow ICP with content good enough to be remembered — paired with a demand capture practice for buyers already searching. The differentiator is scale of production: a 70-person team that builds the content, creative and video the channels need rather than briefing it out. Published results include a 200% increase in SQLs (OPP) and 350+ signups at $70 each (ReviewStudio).
Tradeoff: built for companies that want a full marketing engine, not a channel specialist; a LinkedIn-only or Google-only brief is the wrong fit, and no pricing is stated.
4. Linkads — best for LinkedIn-only management in France with published monthly prices
The clearest French LinkedIn-only offer: a small senior collective, published prices, no percentage of media, and ABM targeting and founder ghostwriting as named services. The fit is a French or francophone B2B company that wants a specialist rather than a full-service agency.
Tradeoff: young (2023) and French-language first; an English-speaking team running pan-European campaigns should check who would work the account.
5. Searchlab — best for Dutch LinkedIn Ads with ABM audiences from the CRM and fixed prices
The Dutch entry that reads most like a LinkedIn practitioner: full-funnel structure (thought leader ads for awareness, sponsored content mid-funnel, lead gen forms and message ads for conversion), a CRM link so pipeline is reported rather than leads, and a page that tells you what not to expect. Fixed prices, though the numbers are on a call.
Tradeoff: Dutch-market first; the reviews and cases are domestic.
6. Holini — best for senior-only PPC and analytics for B2B companies spending $10k+ a month
Holini's process starts with a read-only audit of the ad accounts and GA4 before any proposal, and the stated question it answers is "what is holding your PPC back from growing qualified pipeline while keeping CAC under control." Case studies quote client revenue and funding rather than vanity metrics, and one CMO credits it with "the highest MQL numbers in Google Ads history" for DeskTime. Senior-only team, no juniors.
Tradeoff: PPC and analytics first; LinkedIn is run, but the positioning is search-led, so a LinkedIn-first demand programme is not the strength. No published fee.
7. DowSocial — best for UK thought leader ads with published fixed prices and a training option
The only agency on this list that publishes fixed prices for getting thought leader ads live, and the only one offering to teach your team instead of running it. Its own line — "in B2B they almost always outperform company ads, and most agencies still are not running them" — matches the data. The fit is a company that wants the first campaign built properly and then run in-house.
Tradeoff: a small specialist; the managed retainer is on request, and the site does not publish client results.
8. adMates — best for LinkedIn Ads for DACH decision-makers from a Munich performance agency
A Munich performance shop with a LinkedIn practice aimed at the 21 million German-speaking members, with the transparent two-part fee structure (setup, then monthly) common in DACH. The fit is a German Mittelstand or SaaS company that wants LinkedIn run alongside Google and Meta by one local team.
Tradeoff: not LinkedIn-only, and the case studies on the page are SEO rather than LinkedIn.
9. deux.io — best for LinkedIn Ads as part of a French growth agency with SEA and outbound
A growth agency rather than a LinkedIn specialist, which is the point for a French company that wants LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and outbound from one supplier. Honest about the platform: its own page says LinkedIn is expensive and sets a €3,000 monthly media floor.
Tradeoff: LinkedIn is one service among many; ask who specifically runs the LinkedIn accounts.
10. The Growth Syndicate — best for a fractional growth team with LinkedIn Ads inside, on hourly rates
Not a LinkedIn agency but a fractional marketing team that runs LinkedIn Ads as one of its levers, priced by the hour and led by people who have run growth at Dutch scale-ups. The fit is a €1M to €20M ARR European company that needs a head of growth and the hands to execute, not a media-only supplier.
Tradeoff: breadth over depth on LinkedIn specifically; and hourly pricing rewards clear scoping.
11. Hey Sid — best for person-level LinkedIn targeting for mid-sized Nordic B2B
The Nordic entry targets named people on the buying committee rather than accounts in aggregate, which is closer to how LinkedIn actually sells than most agency decks. Young, and more product than agency, which suits a mid-sized company that wants the system run for it.
Tradeoff: founded 2024 with a platform model; ask what is software, what is people, and who owns the ad account.
12. COSEOM — best for multilingual LinkedIn Ads run natively in six languages
For a company selling into five European markets at once, the native-language point matters more than any tactic: campaigns are written and managed in the buyer's language by senior specialists rather than translated. The free LinkedIn cost calculator is a useful sanity check before any agency call.
Tradeoff: international paid media generalist; LinkedIn is one channel and B2C is half the client base.
13. Linkedist — best for LinkedIn content, personal branding and ads for companies whose executives will post
Linkedist starts from the organic side — profiles, posts, employee advocacy — and adds paid. For thought leader ads that is the right order: the ad is a post from a person, so an agency that writes the posts and runs the ads from the same brief has an advantage. Clients credit it with brand awareness and visibility rather than pipeline numbers.
Tradeoff: content and visibility outcomes rather than pipeline; not the choice if the brief is cost per qualified lead.

How to choose
- "Which language does the creative get written in, by whom?" Translated ads underperform native ones. If you sell in three languages, either pick a multilingual agency or accept a local partner per market.
- "What objective, at what audience size?" The data says brand awareness only on cold audiences over 30,000; engagement everywhere else. An agency that cannot say why is guessing.
- "What CTR do you report?" Landing page CTR (median 0.46% on thought leader ads). If they quote 4%, that is an engagement rate with a different name.
- "Is the fee flat, and is it published?" Four agencies on this page publish numbers. Media commission rewards spending.
- "Who owns the ad account and the data?" You should. Some European agencies still run client campaigns from their own accounts.
